Delivery time:

Delivery to the above-mentioned countries takes 5 to 10 business days. For non-standard orders, during periods of increased sales, or for reasons beyond the control of the carrier and Scandinavian Moss AB, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery cost:

Deliveries to the European market are completely free of charge, excluding islands (free delivery applies only to continental Europe). In the case of non-standard orders, delivery prices are agreed individually between Scandinavian Moss AB, the customer, and the recipient. Contact details are provided below:

Pickup/Delivery Type:

We deliver via DHL, UPS, and international shipping companies for full truckloads up to 33 Euro pallets or 22 pallets 135x110x260 for dry natural moss

Upon receipt, please check the delivery on site in the presence of the courier or driver. In case of any discrepancies or damage, please notify the carrier immediately (note the damage on the carrier's transport document), prepare a report and take photos, and send the documentation to:
